Steps Dance Studio is open for studio rentals whenever possible. Any of our three studios may be used for production rehearsals, auditions, photo shoots, mini-shows, go-see for fashion events, cocktails and other private functions.

Studio rentals come with the use of the following:
• Spacious lounge area
• Clean dressing rooms with showers (male / female)

• Bulletin boards for any announcements of skeds, etc. for long bookings
• Free clean purified water

All three studios are equipped with proper floors, full mirrors, ballet bars, sound systems, A/C systems, and pianos. We also have a full-time pianist (available by appointment only).

We have a snack bar with sodas, fresh brewed coffee and other bottled/tetra-packed drinks available for purchase. Free ample parking space is also available within Karrivin Plaza compound.

There are nearby restaurants and other shops like Terry's Selection Gourmet, Starbucks, Poncelet, Cantinetta, Country Style Doughnuts, 7-Eleven, Ministop, Jollibee, Binalot, Big Apple Pizza, Mercury Drug and Cash & Carry.

Studio I

• Wall-to-wall Harlequin floors (which is best for dancing)
• With ready sound equipment, CD/DVD playback with USB, Bose Speakers with Bose powered woofer
• Colored TV for video viewing
• Yamaha baby grand piano*
• Fully air-conditioned (The A/C units are turned on prior to rehearsals to ensure comfortable temperature.)

Studio II

• Small rehearsal space with a floor area of 69 sqm., perfect for small group classes, rehearsals, auditions, photo shoots, & other functions.
• Wall-to-wall Harlequin floors (which is best for dancing)
• Fully air-conditioned (The A/C units are turned on prior to rehearsals to ensure comfortable temperature.)
• Standard CD playback/speakers
• Upright piano
• Rental Fee / hour : P800.00


Studio III

1. Due to the high demand in studio rentals, Steps Dance Studio requires clients to make an advanced reservation. At least three (3) days during off-peak season (July - September) and at least a month advance reservation during the peak season (October - June). However please be informed that during the months of April to June our studios are usually fully booked. Call our office first for any availability.

2. A 50% downpayment is required upon reservation. The remaining 50% balance must be settled on the day of studio usage. All payments must be made in full, cash or check.

3. In case of additional equipment (electrical or otherwise) to be brought in Steps, kindly present a list that will act as an igress/egress form. All electronic equipment must be 220v-compliant or must be equipped with the proper auto-volt adaptor or transformer. Steps Dance Studio is using 220v in all studios.

4. No food & drinks are allowed inside the studios at all times.

5. No pyrotechnics of any kind shall be allowed inside the premises.

6. The management and staff of Steps Dance Studio will not be held liable for any loss or damage to client's equipment and other personal belongings. Likewise to any injury / sickness sustained by the client during the rental period.

7. Steps Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel any rental/s due to adverse weather conditions or force majuere beyond the control of the management without prior notice to its clients. In this case, a re-scheduling of rental may be made the soonest time regular office hours resume.

8. Cancellation policy: Steps Dance Studio must be informed immediately (at most 48 hours before date of reservation) of any rental cancellation. Failure to do so, forfeits the 50% downpayment.
