THE AUDITION
The scholarship program audition is usually scheduled three (3) weeks before the opening of the Summer Dance Workshop. Chosen Steps faculty, headed by Steps director Sofia Zobel - Elizalde, commence the audition and makes the choices for the year's audition.

Processing usually takes 2-3 working weeks after the audition. All applicants are assessed meticulously and application forms are reviewed several times before any decision is given.

AWARDING
Successful applicant/s shall be notified immediately. A special orientation shall be scheduled within the week wherein would-be scholars are informed what type of scholarship they are offered. All scholars are given one week to decide whether they will accept the scholarship. They are expected to do both Classical and Jazz/Contemporary classes regardless of the program they applied for.
